in the EU and the UK

expertise on the politics of international and transatlantic
trade disputes and their resolution through the WTO in
Geneva

experience
1992-1996
Director, Corporate Affairs, Geest PLC -a major food producing
and importing company in the UK. Responsibilities included
managing public and regulatory affairs, media and investor
relations and internal communications.

Director of GJW Government Relations a leading political
consultancy in London. Specialised in the food, drink and
international trade sectors and set up the company's operations
in Brussels.
1974-1984
Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, London. Rapid
promotion in a range of commodity and international posts.
1973-1975
The British Council, London. Placing overseas students on
agricultural post-graduate courses in the UK.
